This phone is the white 3GS.
I have tested this phone and here is the problem we have found.
The phone powers on fine and the apple sign comes on, and about 5 seconds later turns off and does the same thing.
The phone will not power on, if you do not have it on the charger.
I have no clue why it is doing this.
Phone will be sold:

WITH NO RETURNS!!

General:As a general rule, we only ship to the lower 48 States.We can ship to P.R, Hawaii, and an APO/FPO addres, depending on weight of your item and the carrier used (USPS and UPS). Please contact if you have any questions.
MO Sales Tax:Any buyers living in the state of Missouri, are required to pay MO Sales Tax at the rate of 7.35%.
Method:Items such as Video Games and DVD's will be shipped USPS First Class Mail, depending on the weight. All other items (non-media) will be shipped USPS Parcel Post. If combining Video Game or DVD orders, those orders will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.
Combining orders:Right now, we do allow combining orders.On Video Games and DVD's, $1.00 can be discounted for each additional item if they are paid for on the same invoiceOn non-media items 2.00 can be discounted for each additional item if they are paid for on the same invoice.
Payments:Must be made by U.S Paypal accounts.
Local Pick Up:No local pickups are allowed due to liability and insurance reasons. No exceptions, Thank You for understanding.
Returns:Buyers are responsible for the the shipping back to seller. If a replacement item is available, then exchanges will be issued, if not then refunds will be issued via PayPal/Company Check.
